1. Name of the Organization
The name of the organization shall be: Omnist League
2. Duration
The Omnist League shall exist perpetually.
3. Purpose
The Omnist League is established to foster understanding between different cultures, different religions and different spiritual communities; to bring peace between different cultures, different religions and different spiritual communities; to provide a neutral platform to those parties that seek mediation or assistance in their approach towards other cultures, religions or spiritual communities; to formulate constructive and peaceful suggestions relating to societal challenges; to promote omnism as a spiritual philosophy.
4. Powers
The Omnist League has the power to engage in any lawful activity that is in line with the purpose of the organization.
At all times, members of the Omnist League need the consent of their fellow members to operate in name of the organization.
5. Governance
The Omnist League shall adopt and operate within a fully transparent framework that at all times enables all members to have full insight into every aspect of the organization.
6. Sovereignty
The Organization
The Omnist League shall from hereon exist and function as a sovereign entity. Its sovereignty is inviolable and should be respected at all times.
Omnism
The Omnist League shall at all times uphold the sovereignty of omnism, the spiritual philosophy and the spiritual spectrum.
